Positive: We loved the comfortable and clean room and the view across the garden to the pool. The pool was very clean and a good size. The location in the hills was beautiful and so were the gardens. The staff were polite and accommodating.

Negative: It was expensive to use the sun loungers at the beach club.

Summary: Beautiful gardens, pool and location, and very nicely designed interiors of the hotel.

Positive: The facilities and layout of the resort

Negative: There was no atmosphere after dinner when having a drink . There was no music and no one around. Jensen next night we went into Pula instead

Positive: Everything…Location comfort ecc

Negative: Lo staff è stato sempre professionale, ma avremmo apprezzato un’accoglienza un po’ più calorosa e una maggiore attenzione nel farci sentire a nostro agio durante il soggiorno. Inoltre, il check-out alle 10:00 ci è sembrato piuttosto anticipato rispetto agli standard di strutture simili e un orario leggermente più flessibile sarebbe stato molto gradito.

Summary: Siamo stati molto bene e ci siamo goduti il soggiorno. Torneremo sicuramente.
